Our Services
How can we help you?
Parent Training
These sessions take place either at your home or via video call and allow you to talk through your concerns with a BCBA in detail. The BCBA will provide recommendations that you can try on your own. With no long-term commitments required, you can follow up and schedule additional sessions as you go based on your family’s unique needs.
Ongoing Support
Interested in more consistent, ongoing support for your child or student? Our Ongoing Support model might be just what you are looking for. These services are completely individualized for your family’s needs and can be offered in the home, or virtually. Ongoing support sessions cost $150.00 when two or more sessions are booked in advance.
During these sessions, parents and professionals can ask questions, discuss their concerns, and receive recommendations from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A set schedule is used to promote consistency and ensure that support is provided on an ongoing basis. Through this model, the BCBA can observe and work one-on-one with the child to determine which interventions will be most beneficial. Additionally, the BCBA will use side-by-side coaching and feedback to help parents and professionals feel confident putting these recommendations into practice in every day life. With our Ongoing Support model, the BCBA is there to guide parents and professionals every step of the way!
General Guidance
We offer informal recommendations & guidance based on the questions you submit to us. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will review your concerns and provide general behavioral guidance in written format within 24-48 hours.
Evaluation & Assessment
Our thorough Evaluations & Assessments are designed to pinpoint potential reasons behind difficult behaviors or to provide insights into your child’s capabilities and achievements across different skill domains. These assessments cover areas such as language & communication, social interactions, play abilities, and self-care skills. We will assist you in choosing from a range of assessment options, all backed by empirical research
Professional Collaboration and Consultation
These services typically take place in the child’s school, daycare, camp, or other day-program setting. Telehealth (virtual) services are also available upon request. Parents or caregivers are invited and encouraged to participate in sessions with professionals so that all parties can collaborate and stay on “the same page”.
Through these services, our BCBAs can observe the student in the school or another educational program setting to analyze what environmental variables may be contributing to behavioral concerns. Just like in our Parent Training & Consultation sessions, professionals can ask questions or discuss their concerns in detail. Recommendations that are fully individualized for the child will be provided and our BCBAs will offer staff training so that professionals can confidently implement these recommendations in the educational setting. Staff members can practice various behavioral strategies and interventions with side-by-side feedback & coaching with our BCBAs there to guide them every step of the way. Professional Education is also offered in which the professionals can learn about various ABA concepts and interventions in general and/or as they apply to their student and setting specifically. As an added component, our BCBAs can join professionals in reviewing and providing insight regarding your child’s school placement/program, IEP, or other evaluations or assessments that have been conducted.
